With the workflow integration, Normal Administrators and Power Administrators within the organization can stage actions like adding a DNS entry or bulk-adding subnets for approval and getting them reviewed and approved by Super Administrators or Functional Administrators before execution.

Our workflow management offers pre-built workflows for common network configuration and change management tasks. These workflows can be customized to fit specific organizational needs and requirements. For example, organizations can create workflows for configuring network devices, deploying network policies, or implementing security measures. Once a workflow is initiated, our workflow management automatically executes the series of tasks defined in the workflow, in the order specified. This eliminates the need for manual intervention and reduces the risk of errors. Our workflow management also offers the ability to stage changes for approval before execution. This means that any change request can be reviewed and approved by authorized personnel before it is executed, ensuring that changes are made in a controlled and compliant manner.
Normal and Power Administrators can perform add, modify, or delete operations on the web interface. These operations are termed workflows and are staged for approvals by SADM or FADM users. Every staged workflow action will be entitled to a unique workflow identification number. Tracking the HTTP Header automatically pulls any change in the ticket number. Super and Functional Administrators can log in to the Workflow Management web interface and review the data. Only these users will have the privilege to approve or deny a workflow. A workflow approved or denied cannot be revoked since the workflow manager asynchronously delegates the action to the appropriate service handler for execution upon approval. However, the underlying entity can be revoked using Undo Functionality.
